What do I do if I lose or delete my AdminID for Trust/Link?
In the event you delete or lose your Trust/Link SSL AdminID, you must contact an Administrator on your Account.
- If the valid certificate was accidentally deleted or corrupted, the Administrator may enable you to download and install it again.
- If the valid certificate was lost, stolen, or compromised, the Administrator will revoke the existing certificate and issue you a new one.
- If the certificate expired without renewal, the Administrator will issue you a new one.
In general, QuoVadis Support cannot issue AdminIDs for customer Accounts. This must be performed by a properly delegated Administrator on the Account.
